2. Creator Participation
By joining the Soshals creator network, you confirm that:
the contact details provided by you are accurate
you have voluntarily opted in to receive campaign-related communication
you are authorized to represent the social media profiles shared with us
the pricing / posting rates shared by you are accurate to the best of your knowledge
Participation in any campaign opportunity is always voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. WhatsApp Communications
By sharing your WhatsApp or mobile number with Soshals, you consent to receive communications related to:
new paid campaign opportunities
campaign briefs and deliverables
participation requests
rate and compensation approvals
deadline reminders
payment updates
These messages are strictly related to campaign coordination and creator opportunities.
You may opt out of future communications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at team@soshals.app.
4. Payments and Compensation
Campaign compensation, rates, and timelines will be communicated separately for each campaign.
Soshals acts as a coordination and campaign execution partner between brands and creators.
Payment terms may vary depending on the campaign and client agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
Users and creators agree not to use Soshals services for:
fraudulent activity
impersonation
misinformation
spam or abusive communication
violation of platform policies
unlawful promotional activity
We reserve the right to remove creators or suspend access in cases of misuse.
6. Information Accuracy
Creators are responsible for ensuring that the following information remains accurate:
contact details
social profile links
audience metrics
pricing / posting rates
content niche and categories
Soshals is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by creators.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms including:
WhatsApp / Meta
Instagram
X
LinkedIn
Reddit
AI and automation providers
Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
Soshals is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or platform restrictions imposed by third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soshals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
missed campaign opportunities
platform outages
delayed communications
creator-brand disputes
third-party platform issues
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any creator, user, or client from our network in cases of:
policy violations
spam complaints
misuse of services
fraudulent conduct
